Presenting the previous name of value on Explore when it is re-edited

i changed the name of a value's name on July, it also affects the tickets which submitted on March.. so the previous name of this value cannot be traceable even checking it in API..
Is there anyway to find out the previous name of the value for the ticket field

Hi Liu,

Unfortunately, there is no option or any workaround to be able to pull up the previous names of field values/options. The current field option name/title will be always reflected anywhere that the field is referenced within Zendesk.

If it is part of your workflow to update the names of fields/option regularly, we recommend that you keep a history of these changes externally, so that when there's a need to track historic changes on fields, you can use that as reference. Sorry about this limitation, Liu.
