Hello 

I trying to find a simple metrics in explore, open ticket per agent

I do not seem to find this information as standard, can anybody suggest a simple formula to create this calculated attribute?

Hi Frédéric - Is the below query what you're looking for?

Dataset: Tickets
Metric: COUNT(Tickets)
Columns: Assignee Name
Filters: Ticket Status > Selected Tab > Open
