I need to check on a table the tickets created by an agent in a specific date (ticket sent by agent's initiative), but is not working. I created queries with different metrics (tickets sent by agent/tickets created/tickets solved etc etc...) with agent and date filter, but the tickets are not showing when i check the result in detail.

 

What i am doing wrong?!

You'll need to create a custom metric in order to see tickets created by agents – use this recipe to create the Tickets created by agents standard calculated metric, and then use that as the metric in your query. Then you can narrow the date range and agent using filters: Explore recipe: Tickets created by agents or end-users
