Live data components for Explore dashboards – CREATED TICKETS

Hi,

 

In Explore, you can add live data components to your dashboard.

 

For example, solved tickets are shown in the last 30 minutes. Could this same time frame be applied to CREATED TICKETS, regardless of their status has been changed to: new, solved, pending, ...?

 

Is there a plan to include the number of tickets in the live panels as almost immediate information?

In Explore, it is indeed possible to add live data components to your dashboard, including metrics like solved tickets within a recent time frame. Applying the same time frame to created tickets—regardless of their status such as new, solved, or pending—is a great idea for gaining more immediate insights.
 
Regarding your question about plans to include the number of tickets in live panels as near real-time information, Zendesk continually works on enhancing Explore capabilities based on user feedback. While some real-time data functions are currently available, broader or more customizable live ticket tracking features may be considered in future updates.
 
I recommend keeping an eye on Zendesk’s release notes and community announcements for any new features related to live dashboards. Additionally, you can submit this suggestion through the Explore feedback channels to help prioritize this enhancement.
