How can I get insight into who of our agents sign into Zendesk each day and if so, how many times? Is there a dashboard or report that I can run showing this?

We don't have a specific recipe that will list all logged-in agents but we can report on when an agent last signed in to Zendesk you can use the metric Time since user login in the Tickets dataset, then filter the assignee role to exclude end-users from the query. You can also generate a list with the last login data with other methods. You can check How do I generate a user's last login date list? for your reference.
