I'm setting up Zendesk Explore Dashboard, where i want to display count of Tickets which are Open and new.
Its working only with All history - All history filter.
What i want to achieve is I want display total number of tickets (only New & Open ) whatever the time filter has.
When i different date range Ticket counts displays 0.
