Impossibility to export a individualy report from a dashboard in the new migrated dashboard

We lost the ability to export a individualy report from a dashboard in the new migrated dashboard. The export option is not showing on the widgets like before.

I can confirm that the new dashboard builder doesn’t allow exporting individual reports (while the legacy dashboard builder does allow for it). We are looking to work on this although there’s no timeline we can commit to though. 
 
A workaround would be- individual reports can still be exported from the Report Builder (both new and legacy).

Thank you for your response around this.

But I need to agree with @jessica32 that having an export option directly on the dashboard is a crucial feature for customer support and success operations. While the ability to export from the report builder exists, we often have team members who rely on these exports to compile data into other platforms but do not have full access to edit dashboards or access the report builder. Additionally, we have external clients (Engineering and Product Teams) who access dashboards via public links and do not have a Zendesk account at all.

Currently, this forces me to either set up scheduled deliveries in CSV format or manually export the data myself on behalf of others. This creates an unnecessary extra workload that could be avoided if the export functionality was available directly within the dashboard interface, as it was in the previous version.

I would be happy to provide more details on our specific use case if it helps in prioritizing this feature for the new dashboard experience.

I truly understand the importance of this feature. Although this is yet to be available, our engineering team is aware of this and is currently working on this as part of our updates roadmap to be implemented.
