Since our agent creates the ticket on behalf of the Requester (customer), how can I identify the agent who created the ticket?

Hi @kerry12, you can achieve that by using the 'Submitter' attribute:

The attribute is available in both 'Tickets' and 'Updates history' datasets.

Hi @kerry12, the agent who created the ticket will be the Submitter. In Explore, the Tickets, Updates history, and SLAs datasets all include various attributes about the submitter (like name and email). For more info on the available attributes, check out the Metrics and attributes for Zendesk Support article. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately, Submitter defaults to requester unless it is changed by the agent. And it looks like the agents aren't changing it.

Hi Kerry, although the Submitter will probably match the Requester on most inbound tickets, these two are not necessarily the same for outbound tickets.

If you filter by "Submitter role" in order to exclude end users (who submitted tickets), you'll see all the relevant tickets:

If an agent created a ticket on behalf of an end user, then that agent is the ticket submitter.
