I cannot find the knowledge capture dataset to add

I try to add a new dataset, for knowledge capture, but the only options I see are for Zendesk Support and Zendesk Guide. When I select Zendesk Guide I only have the Knowledge Base dataset as an option. 

Did I miss a step when installing Knowledge Capture? or is there some thing else missing?

I found an older post that suggests this could happen if your team has only recently started using the Knowledge Capture app and, as a result, there isn't any data for the Knowledge Capture app dataset just yet: How do I gain access to the Knowledge Capture Dataset?
