How do I view all tickets recently actioned by agents but without seeing tickets actioned by automation?

Basically what the title says. I want to see how often an action is taken in Zendesk by my agents without seeing the when a ticket was updated by automation. How do I do this?

Have you tried checking/creating report in Explore for Agent updates?

Explore>New Report>Support>Support-Update History.
