I am looking for a way to measure the performance of each chat agent individually, for that I would need to extract all the mail addresses of previous tickets per user and compare them with my new clients on Stipe - How can I export the mailings per user in the platform?

Hi,

You can create a simple query in Explore using Tickets metric and Submitter Email attribute. Then use the export option in the query.

I´m trying hard to acess reports, but no one seems wants to help me.

Please, does anybory explain me how to access reports? My Explorer isn´t functional and I just can´t imagine how to set up it.

Does anybory could send me a step by step on how to solve my problem?

It looks like you created a ticket with our Customer Care team regarding this issue and they have requested some additional information from your end so they can dig into this further. I'd recommend following up in that email you received from them so they can assist further.
