I want create a query for get average ticket created breakdown on Month, day and hour.
This is the count I get Month,Day and hour wise, but I need a query to get it by average.

Upon checking your query, you're almost there. All you need to do is change your metric and use Tickets Created - Daily Average.
This report will show you the average tickets created on a given time period.
