Frequency of requests report

Hi,

Is there a way to run a report on how frequently a requestor sends a new request in via web form / email?. - Essentially I'm looking to find out how often a requestor emails us back after 1 month. Ideally this would be an average for the brand as a whole.

I can't seem to find any way of getting this info.

    Hi @conor13,

    Yes, there is a way but it would involve custom coding which we don't support. However, we do have a recipe that could point you in the right direction: Explore recipe: Days since an organization last submitted a ticket. Just change the attribute from "Requester organization name" to "Requester Name".
