Explorer - Customized ticket field don't find inside backlog ticket unsolved

Hi, 

To Support product, I've created a custom filed "Product name". But I don't find this field inside "Backlog ticket (unsolved)", only inside "tickets". It's normal ?

Hi Baptiste! This is expected, I'm afraid. Zendesk's team has a help article here that provides a bit more insight.
