Explore Report tickets assignement

Hello,

I would like to create an Explore report in order to view :

- the number of "unassigned tickets" that an agent assigns to himself (ie using "take it" button)

- the number of "unassigned" tickets assigned by one agent to another.

I would start with the Ticket Updates dataset.  You can show the "updater" and the "update ticket assignee".  Per row you can see if they are the same or different.  If you needed a calculate, you could probably build a metric comparing the two values to find matches.
