Explore report showing group name as NULL/blank

Some tickets are correctly assigned to a group, but when we check on Explore report, the group attribute is blank/Null.

Most of these tickets have been assigned for more than 2 days, so I believe that is not an issue of dataset update time.

Is there any suggestion to solve this problem?

I have the exact same problem, never had it before, but I now do and its breaking all my reports as they are not accurate. I need a resolution ASAP.

same issue with me data is missing in the reports blank/null values.

As Tim Howe mentioned, this issue has a huge impact on reports and I'm looking foward to a solution asap.

Hi,

Like everyone, same problem here. Tickets recently updated (new tickets or very old tickets) have "lost" their group.
