Jil

Struggling to figure out an Explore recipe to tell me how many users repeatedly use Live Chat within 1 day (or week).

I can easily get a report by Ticket requester, but care far less about the actual individual's name and instead want a sum of the users who used Live Chat 1 time that day, 2 times that day, 3 times that day, etc.

I can't figure out how to manipulate the data based on the metrics available. Help?

Hey @jil

Explore has historically been focused more on ticket data vs user data, but there is starting to be more interest around this type of reporting, possibly coming with the Beta Builder.  Short of that, tags on the user profile x number of tickets with said tag would get you *close.*

Hope this helps!

The best way would be to include a tag every time a user acts on a ticket. This way it will be possible to count the metrics.
