Hello , Drill in is not working properly when I choose a filter  for example if want to export created tickets in certain time range that has a certain complaint type it will give me all the created tickets in the time range not just the tickets for this complaint type

what can I do to solve that ?

Hey There!

Are you applying the filters at the dashboard level or at the report level?  I've seen this before as well, and there aren't any fast answers, but I'm not sure you're doing anything wrong here.  Usually I filter for 0 on the export.

@brandon12 Dashboard level .
and what do you mean by (Usually I filter for 0 on the export)?

So when the drill in is exported - all of the tickets will be shown with either a 0 if the conditions are not met or a 1 if the conditions are - by using an Excel data filter to hide the 0 rows, you can drastically reduce the clutter.  Not sure if anyone else from the community has a better way of tackling this one - but I do know that some improvements are coming to the Dashboard Builder!

Good morning, I also encountered this problem
It really bothers me when I want to build a drill down from KPI
I would like to know when a solution will be expected
