I work on the helpdesk and we currently have multiple clients all in one dashboard. I was wondering if there was a way to create a custom metric so it would only show a certain client. Could anyone help me on this?

Yes, you can create a custom metric or custom attribute for a single client.
Please use the following formula:
[Requester ID] = Your_Requester_Id_Numberwhere
Please notice: that formula works for Standard Calculated Metric and Standard Calculated Attribute as well.
