I'm new to Explore and wondering if anyone has ever created a custom metric to track the average time spent on an article in Help Center using Guide data set? Thank you!

Hi An,

I'm afraid user activity within your Help Center pages cannot be tracked through Explore. Only the number of article views can be measured in an Explore query. A more in-depth reporting on user activity/events can be achieved if you use Google Analytics with your Help Center (see https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203664156-Google-Analytics-and-Help-Center-Part-3-Tracking-customers-actions). It appears that Google Analytics has metrics to measure time on page. I recommend that you check out Google's documentation for more information on this.

Thanks An!
