Create a report based on views

Hello everyone

Is it possible to create a report based on the views that we have created? 

I have a view to show only specific tickets based on the following rules

Tags : "Erasure" "delete"

Received at : "email 1" "email"

 

I wish to see and pull all the tickets that are placed on hold as we want to extract the email address of the submitter.

Hi @nick11

It is not possible to create an Explore report based on a View but you can often create an Explore report that has the same criteria as your View (tickets on Hold, filtered by tags X & Y, etc.). 

In this case, unfortunately, there is one criteria that cannot be reported on, and that is the 'received at'. You can see more about that, and how to work around it, here
