Comparing weekly/monthly report function on Zendesk

Hello,

Im using Zendesk professional, still Im looking for the function to compare change (in percentage) between 2 week directly on zendesk explore, for example, there is 1000 new tickets on week 1 and 1500 new tickets on week 2, the change would be 50% more in the new ticket category, however, Im unable to find such function to display it on zendesk explore.

    Hey Manh.  You can do the following to get what you started:

    (1) Pull in metric Tickets created - Last 7 Days into your query

    (2) Pull in metric Tickets created - Previous 7 days in your query

    (3) Use Result Manipulation > Result metric calculation > enter the formula to calculate the %age increase

    (4) Go to Chart Configuration > Display format and choose to display as %

    If you need different metrics (by day of the week instead of the past 7 days), duplicate these metrics and change the date specifics to get what you need.
