Hello,

Is there a way to have the information about channel used to create the ticket other than by creating a tag ?
(e.g. Ticket form, Mail,...)

Hi Renaud,

Zendesk natively records which channel a ticket is created from, however, it doesn't do it in a very granular way. 

The Ticket Channel field can report on the following channels:

You may wish to create your own custom channel field, and have triggers set the value - I go a bit more into that approach here.
