Can you configure Zendesk Support Reporting options?

So within Zendesk Support, when you click on reporting along the left navigation pane it takes you to where you have a series of out of the box dashboards available (Support, Guide, Chat, etc.). Is this area configurable? I'd love to replace or add here based on a custom dashboard and was hoping that would be possible instead of having to make users and agents always to Explore. Tried to find this answer but it was oddly difficult to word it in such a way that capture the exact question.

+1 to this as it's actually quite convenient to everyone if they will be able to see the custom dashboard in here instead of the default one created by Zendesk.

The Reporting overview in the Support interface is not configurable. Adding tabs and bringing custom reports or dashboards on this page is not possible. This page will show built-in reports which vary depending on the products you have. You can check the article Understanding your reporting options for more information.
 
While we understand that value of having the option to configure the Reporting page, we encourage you to create a new post in the Explore Product Feedback topic and share pecific examples, details about impact, and how you currently handle things are helpful for our product teams to understand the full scope of the need when working on solutions.
