The two calculations that make up this field are simple count-If functions. Why can i not add them together. The calc'd field is accepted but wont show on the viz.... thoughts?

I'm not seeing any metric called inbound tickets or outbound tickets. I assume that you have renamed those metrics and you should use the original name of the metric in the formula to make it work. I hope this helps!
