But I want to use zendesk for chat.

Unfortunately, I do not see any app that supports RPA and AI for chat in the Marketplace. I am not saying it does not exist but at the very least it is not listed in the Zendesk Marketplace.

Why don't you try Kommunicate? They provide  Zendesk Chat that uses Artificial Intelligence and RPA logic at the same time
