I recognize that slack side conversation are not be able to use on trigger now.
I expect to be added slack side conversations as a trigger action same like ticket or mail side conversations.
I know that posting slack message as trigger action is possible, but this method cannot remain the record on ticket.
If someone know a method can achieve my request, please share it.

You may be able to use Zendesk Webhook to push the message to slack. We have done something similar in the past. If you are not familiar with Webhooks, please let me know and I can write up a description of what we have done. Or feel free to send an email to support@easternlogic.hk and we can give you more specific guidance.
