When the Bot runs an answer and tries to provide an selection of Articles it will show "Something went wrong on our end. Let’s start again." in the message/chat client. This could be related to the article itself as I can remove them and the problem goes away. However, I don't know the reason an article would cause the error or what I should change on the article.
