Does anyone know if there is a way for me to get images that the user uploads into the chatbot? Currently in my flow builder, I ask my user for their details and for them to upload an image, and i want the image to be uploaded into a ticket. The zendesk tickets api is currently being used to automatically create a ticket.
Any ideas or suggestions?
