How can we turn off Copilot?

I see your announcement where you are forcing AI upon us.

Will there be a way to turn it off as we do not want to be sharing our info with Microsoft or using this AI slop.

We understand that the introduction of AI capabilities may raise concerns about privacy and control. At this time, AI intent detection and related features are optional and can be enabled or disabled per your account settings—there is no mandatory enforcement requiring you to use AI.
 
If you prefer not to use AI intent detection or any AI-powered features, you can simply keep these options turned off in your account. Additionally, Zendesk maintains strict data privacy controls and compliance standards to protect your information.

Where in the admin portal can this be turned off? I don't see this specified anywhere.

To turn off Co-pilot features in Zendesk navigate to Admin Center > AI > Agent Copilot > Auto Assist - Here you can Turn Off multiple features
Like to disable Auto Assist: Deselect "Show auto assist replies and action in the agent composer". 
 
If you scroll on the page, you will see multiple features that you can disable. 
 
If you are looking to remove/disable Co-pilot from your account completely, please contact your account executive as well.
