We set up the CSAT service a while back and it was working fine.

recently we have dicovered that the links in the email sent to the clients are now broken.

i am unable to understand when or why.

how can i fix this?

Hi Alan Muntadas, best if you can show how your CSAT is being set up. Are you sending it via Automation or Trigger?

We can have a look and provide you suggestion based on how you set the CSAT in your instance.

automation, set up most likely following the instructions on the zendesk support pages

Alan Muntadas kinda hard and challenge to assume without seeing how you set up your CSAT Automation.

The set up was done automatically by the system. i did not make any changes.
