It's kinda absurd that in 2025, Zendesk doesn't have an easier way to automate CC-ing external parties without the need for webhooks.
Add a trigger that has conditions that target an End User or Organization and let me cc someone on the ticket.

We understand how useful it would be to have a more straightforward way to automate adding CC recipients directly through triggers without relying on webhooks. Your suggestion to enable triggers targeting End Users or Organizations for CC-ing is a great idea and something we’ll be happy to pass on to our product team for consideration.
In the meantime, webhooks remain the most flexible method to achieve this level of automation within Zendesk.
