Does anyone have an issue with emails that get auto-solved without recipient clicking yes this solved my issue or selecting an article? We have had several where customers have said they didn't click anything and the ticket auto-solved.

In this case, it might be due to an Automation or Trigger that is Solving tickets automatically.
Therefore I would recommend you to check on these in your Account.
