Hi all!
I know Zendesk AI can suggest many object creations like macros and triggers. Can Zendesk AI also suggest views or make views on the fly? I know this is where we're going with Explore reports & dashboards. I am wondering the same if AI has this capability for views too.
I hope one day you can interact with every Zendesk object this way and prompt your way to glory; or the model knows what to build next for you with 1-button build actions.
If anyone can shed some light on the AI View Builder topic, please let me know. Thanks in advanced :)
Currently, Zendesk AI primarily focuses on enhancing customer interactions, such as suggesting macros, triggers, and helping with case responses. While AI-assisted creation and suggestions for macros and triggers are available, AI-generated or suggested views within Zendesk Support is not yet a feature we offer.
Regarding Explore, AI-driven insights and recommendations around reports and dashboards are areas we’re actively developing, but AI-assisted or on-the-fly view building within Support is still in the future roadmap and not available at this time.
