Is there a current AI chat plugin that will take highlighted text and revise it, expand it or rephrase it?

    I'm not too sure there is such a plugin at the moment. But you can check this article for the Zendesk advance AI.

    I am looking for it in chat, not tickets.  Chat is real time and needed bad otherwise customers will start looking elsewhere for ticketing systems that do do this.
