AI Agent Advanced for Phone Calls?

Hi,

 

currently Voice AI can only look into Zendesk KB, the Crawler are limited to 20, which is too less.

Are Advanced AI Agent customer get access to this platform to have all Crawler and sources available for Voice AI?

It’s true that the current crawler limit can feel low, especially for Voice AI.  
From what I’ve seen, Advanced AI customers do get additional options for connecting more sources, but it usually depends on the plan and how the account is configured.  
You may need to contact support to confirm if your account can have the crawler limit increased or expanded for Voice AI use.

Currently, Zendesk Voice AI is limited to indexing up to 20 crawlers or content sources, which can restrict the amount of knowledge base content it can access. Customers with Advanced AI Agent or higher-tier Enterprise plans may have access to expanded crawler limits or enhanced AI capabilities, but this varies and typically requires direct discussion with Zendesk sales. For greater flexibility and to incorporate unlimited or external data sources, organizations often leverage Zendesk’s Sunshine platform to build custom data connectors, or integrate third-party AI solutions that connect with Zendesk via APIs.
