I configured "Zendesk - OKTA SSO SAML" and it seems work with agent, admin account.
but my end-user also affected.
Please guide how not to affect "Zendesk - OKTA SSO SAML" for our end-user.

Zendesk allows you to configure Split Authentication so that end-users use a different authentication method than agents/admins – see Split authentication methods for customers and agents
