I'm unable to login into my Zendesk application- neha@smartq.zendesk.com

Welcome to zendesk community

There are a number of reasons you may be having trouble logging in so can you give more information about what you experience whenn you try to log in.

My account keeps looping again and again.

Also I'm an agent and use my official email address but when I try to forget password option it doesn't help, it says no such account.

Hi 361294015627,

 As you have agent access ideally you should be able to log in and also your zendesk instance is enabled for google sign in you should be able to login with your registered email
please check if your account is downgraded by the administrator?
