Hello everyone,

We would like to have some of the users from our company be agents and others be end users. I am assuming that this wouldn't be a problem if we had both types of users in different domains, but the fact is that both types of users are within the same domain (eg: domain.com).

We currently have Google social login enabled only for our team members (agents) and we are planning to enable Google social login for end users as well. Would it be possible for some members of the company to login using Google on the agents login page and some other members of the company to login using Google on the end users login page? Our fear is to end up with all our users as agents or all as end users.

Hi Sebastian,

When it comes to Google Sign in for Zendesk there are two settings involved for authentication. The first one if for end-users and the second one is specifically for agents. Hence, there's no reason to worry about incorrect interface login for the system will automatically determine if they are end-users or agents. You just have to make sure that you will not share the agent URL <Help@subdomain.zendesk.com/agent> to your end-users to avoid confusion.
