when a user is associate with an organization... the list is not alphabetical... whether you are in the "requester" field that suggest users, not alphabetical or on the Organization record and looking at the Users tab, not alphabetical

is this a setting or something that can be updated on the developer end?

      Hi Andy, I hope you're doing great. Are you referring to the list of users that show in the organization tab in Support? If so, unfortunately, there's no way to change the order of it and it seems that this is hardcoded. SInce that you've already posted this, let's wait for an update from our Community managers since this has been forwarded to their team already.

      Yes that is correct...thank you for the update... hopefully it is as easy as adding a sort feature to the column headers in that view... at the very least that would solve part of it...

      Hi Andy, I completely understand the importance of it. Hoping for the community managers to take this in consideration in the future.
