Unable to sign in using jwt SSO

After generating a jwt and redirecting to <our_subdomain>/access/jwt?jwt=<generated_jwt> we get an error: "The unique request identifier was reused. Please fix this and try again."

I don't know what unique identifier this would be?

I saw this post, but couldn't see any solution: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360044267013-JWT-SSO-unique-request-id-reused

I followed this guide when setting up jwt SSO: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203663816#topic_gds_ydj_zj

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hey Erik,

Looks like you haven't received a response on this post! Are you still receiving this error when attempting to sign in via JWT? If so, I'll need to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Care team can dig into this further.

Let me know!

Hi Brett.

Yes, I just reproduced the issue this morning.

It would be great if someone from the Customer Care team could investigate and reach out.

Thanks.

I solved it. The issue was with the payload of the jwt that had not been configured correctly.
