All the articles are showing to replace using the Admin center.  I don't have access to the admin center.  I do possess my companies new ssl cert.

Admin Center can only be accessed by an admin and owner. We suggest that you check your account role to verify if you should have access. Further, you may check Using Zendesk Admin Center for the steps in locating the same
