Hi Zendesk Champions!
Do you have a recommended best practice for sorting organizations by region? My SLT is interested in filtering ticket data by APAC, EMEA etc.
My original idea was to tag them, but I wanted to open this to the community in case anyone has a best practice.

As long as your Organizations can only belong to one region each, I'd recommend using a dropdown Organization field instead:

If an organization can span multiple regions, then I believe your idea of tagging the organizations would be best.
