Organization deletion

Hello,

In order to comply with GDRP, I would like to delete a client organisation, together with all its tickets and users. Currently, the action to delete the organisation proposes to delete all users, but not all its tickets. Is there a way to delete an organisation + all its users + all its tickets ? I did not find any useful information on Zendesk Help Desk.

      Is it possible to share the solution publicly? Also interested in deleting Organization with all linked users and tickets.

        Hey Ing,

        It looks like this isn't possible at this time. Deleting an organization will only affect the organization and not the users that are tied to that org. 
         
        It may be worth taking a look at our app marketplace to see if there's a 3rd party integration available. For example: GDPR Search Destroy
