I'm looking for a way to dynamically update users profiles with information that is logged into their organizations profile. For example, if the organization has a subscription to a service, I'd like that to also show on the users profile. Is there a way to do this, and if so, can it be done dynamically so the information only has to be input one time?

Hey Chris!
Have you looked into organization tags? You can tag organizations which will tag all tickets that are created by users in an organization.
This does not tag users like you mentioned, but it allows you to route tickets created by users in an organization based on a tag.

I did get that figured out after posting this. Was a bit of trial and error but it's working good now. Thank you for the response.
