I would like to integrate my HTML code of signature in the Agent Signature un Zendesk.
Is there a way to do so ?

Hi @Renaud Croix, that's right, only Markdown is currently allowed.
There are third-party apps in the Marketplace that might achieve what you're looking for, however; for example, Zignatures.
Hi @pedro17, can I use code to rescale images using Markdowns?
I want to code to resize an image to half the size, e.g. for retina displays. Similar to HTML width and height attributes. Do Markdowns have an equivalent?

I wasn't able to find a way to resize an image using Markdown unfortunately. If this is a branded image that should be applied across all signatures then it may be worth adding an image to the email template or notification triggers which will allow you to use HTML to resize.
I know this may not be the solution you're looking for but I hope it helps!
