Currently using a Radius Server, I would like to implement SSO for my end user (Zendesk being used as internal support).
Do you have any advice or methodology to recommend ?

We don't have any direct guide for Radius server, however, if it's using SAML or JWT you can refer to Single sign-on (SSO) options in Zendesk for additional information.
