How to block organizations tags changes for agents?

Hi team,

We will populate the organization tags by API integration. But, I would need block manual changes on organizations tags for agents. Someone know how can I do this?

    Hello Athos,

    Please note that this is possible for both default and custom roles.

    For more info on that: Creating custom roles and assigning agents

    Therefore, for the default agent role, Staff, this is already restricted.
