Thanks. This is an END USER though rather than a Zen admin user.
Can we change it centrally? Or does the user have to change it themselves?

You should be able to change the end-users name as well the same way you would alter an agents name.

For accounts in the Enterprise plan, you can view the changes on the user name change and actor in the Audit logs. The changes will appear like below:

You can edit the users profile using these instructions: Viewing and editing a user profile
From their profile you should be able to change their name if it's set up incorrect.
