Hello,

Is it possible to change how the Support page looks for Agents? 

I am looking to change the layout and overall appearance of the page so it is less cluttered and easier to view with vision issues. 

We have the highest tier plan.

    Other than a a slight colour branding option there are no options to change the agent interface. You may wish to try using some CSS, I have used tampermonkey to make some changes via CSS.
    Potentially you may be able to do a little something with an app.
